Where do you run courses?

Who accredits Ralmed's courses?
Ralmed's accredited medical training carries accreditation from HWSETA, the Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority, and from the QCTO, the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations. That accreditation means our First Aid certificates meet an employer's obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Ask for our accreditation documents if your procurement team needs copies.
Which level of first aid does our workplace need?
It depends on how many people work on site and the risks they face. First Aid runs from Basic to Advanced (formerly First Aid Level 1 to Level 3), and higher-risk workplaces usually need more advanced skills. Can you train our staff at our own premises?
Yes. Courses can run at your workplace anywhere in South Africa, which keeps your people on site and lets the training reflect the conditions they actually work in. We agree the room, the group size and the schedule with you before the course, and the trainer comes to you on the day.
Who teaches Ralmed's courses?
Ralmed's accredited medical training is taught by working paramedics, not career trainers. They respond to real emergency calls, so what they teach about CPR, bleeding control and patient assessment reflects situations your staff might actually face. The same crews also staff our ambulances, clinics and event medical cover.
Which courses does Ralmed offer?

Do learners receive a certificate?
Yes. Learners who complete an accredited course and meet its assessment requirements receive a certificate that records the course and the date of training. Employers can use those certificates as evidence for their first aid obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, so keep copies on file for inspections.
